I. MOU RATIFICATION — Korean Society for Technology Management & Economics (5 min)
On August 23, 2026, AI Nexus signed an MOU with the Korean Society for Technology Management & Economics (기술경영경제학회) in Seoul, establishing a partnership for academic exchange and collaborative development in AI and technology management.
This MOU has not yet been formally approved by the Board. Chair Yun requests Board ratification of the agreement.
Note: Additional MOU requests may be forthcoming from KASPA (Korean American Semiconductor Professional Alliance) and Seoul National University Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (서울대학교 전기·정보공학부).

B. February 2027 — Very Special Event with Consulate General (5 min)
The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in San Francisco has expressed interest in co-hosting a very special event with AI Nexus in February 2027 — distinct from our regular monthly forums in scale and format.
To be discussed between AI Nexus and the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in San Francisco.
C. Speaker Recruitment Committee (연사 섭외 위원회) — Proposal (8 min)
Proposal to establish a dedicated Speaker Recruitment Committee to:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality speakers
- Manage speaker outreach, coordination, and scheduling
