MOU Signed with KSWAN Ventures & SAG Korea (24-Aug-2026)

On August 24, 2026, AI Nexus signed an MOU with KSWAN Ventures and SAG Korea at the K-Scaleup Forum in Daegu, establishing a partnership for global startup ecosystem collaboration. The agreement covers nurturing and identifying high-potential entrepreneurs, providing mentoring and pitching opportunities, building a shared mentor pool, co-hosting events and educational programs, and leveraging startup infrastructure and networks.

MOU Signed with the Korean Society for Technology Management & Economics (23-Aug-2026)

On August 23, 2026, AI Nexus signed an MOU with the Korean Society for Technology Management & Economics in Seoul, establishing a partnership for academic exchange and collaborative development in AI and technology management. The agreement covers joint research in AI and technology management, co-hosting academic seminars, forums, and conferences, and fostering mutual institutional development.

AI Nexus at the San Francisco AI Summit (24-Jul-2026)

On July 24, 2026, AI Nexus played a key role in the historic San Francisco AI Summit, where President Lee Jae-myung joined leaders including Jensen Huang (NVIDIA), Sam Altman (OpenAI), Dario Amodei (Anthropic), Hock Tan (Broadcom), Lee Jae-yong (Samsung), Chey Tae-won (SK), Lee Hae-jin (Naver), and Chung Eui-sun (Hyundai Motor) for the “San Francisco AI Declaration” (“์ƒŒํ”„๋ž€์‹œ์Šค์ฝ” AI ์„ ์–ธ”).

Working closely with the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in San Francisco for over a month leading up to the event, AI Nexus curated considerable portion of the 150-person invite-only audience. AI Nexus Board Members and leadership team attended the Summit, and Stanford Professor Soh Kim, who moderated the Summit, joined AI Nexus’s July forum as a panelist just days later.

AI Nexus Becomes a Registered 501(c)(3) Nonprofit (15-Jul-2026)

On July 15, 2026, Silicon Valley AI Nexus Inc. officially announced its incorporation as a California nonprofit public benefit corporation and its recognition by the IRS as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3). This milestone marks AI Nexus’s transformation from a community forum into an enduring institution—with independent governance, legal standing, and the foundation to pursue its mission for years to come.

MOU Signed with Seoul National University College of Engineering (11-Jun-2026)

On June 11, 2026, AI Nexus signed a 3-year MOU with Seoul National University (SNU) College of Engineering, establishing a comprehensive partnership for advanced AI research, education, talent development, and industry-academia collaboration. The agreement covers joint AI research (including responsible AI and privacy-preserving technologies), faculty and talent exchange, next-generation researcher career development, and AI-industry-regulatory policy discussions.
